At Schoolvoice, I established the QA function from scratch, creating a lifecycle for user story review, test planning, execution, defect management, regression, and release sign-off. I own quality for Schoolvoice Web and Mobile applications and communicate release readiness, risks, and blockers to stakeholders.
I introduced Playwright automation for regression and smoke testing, and I’m exploring AI-assisted QA workflows and agents. I also established QA metrics and production-issue triage with the Customer Experience/Support teams, and mentor two QA interns.
At Extreme Solutions, I created an AI-powered QA automation workflow using Opencode, Playwright, and Playwright Agents for the Photoflare project. Across my roles, I’ve designed and executed test cases, performed API and automated testing, and earned ISTQB Foundation Level and CTFL-AT-ISTQB certifications.
