At Amazon Web Services (AWS), I lead delivery of production full-stack and distributed services across AWS AppSync and adjacent platforms, strengthening developer experience, reliability, and customer-facing functionality.
Since 2023, I’ve architected RAG solutions using Amazon Bedrock, Bedrock Knowledge Bases, Titan Embeddings, and OpenSearch vector search. These systems support enterprise knowledge use cases with ingestion, retrieval, grounding, and citation-aware responses.
I’ve also built LLM application orchestration in Python and TypeScript, including structured outputs, tool invocation, guardrails, and automated model and prompt evaluation. Since 2021, I’ve developed machine-learning workflows with SageMaker and tools including PyTorch and scikit-learn.
Before AWS, I delivered and modernized applications at KPaul, including the KPaul Inventory Management System supporting inventory organization across four warehouse locations. I developed backend and frontend features and migrated selected workloads to Microsoft Azure.
