I’m a results-driven HR Operations and Business Operations professional with 7+ years of experience across HR Shared Services, HR Governance, and operational compliance in the IT/BPM industry. I lead governance across enterprise client accounts, ensuring service performance, audit readiness, and strong stakeholder satisfaction.

In my current role as Assistant Manager – Business Operations (BGV Governance & HR Governance) at Wipro in Gurgaon, I manage Background Verification (BGV), employee lifecycle, access governance, and mandatory learning compliance by collaborating with HR, Talent Acquisition, Business Leaders, vendors, and delivery stakeholders. I drive access revocation and governance through periodic reviews, risk mitigation, and timely provisioning aligned to client security standards.

I’m known for turning operational requirements into measurable outcomes—achieving ~99% mandatory learning compliance and 100% access revocation within defined SLA for employee exits and account transitions. I also developed 10+ governance dashboards to improve leadership visibility into compliance, risks, and operational KPIs.

I bring leadership and process excellence as well: I mentor a team of 6–7 professionals, coach Account PMOs and compliance facilitators, and strengthen governance standardization through process improvements and SOP enhancements.
