I’m looking to lead HR operations and service-delivery initiatives where I can harmonize processes, strengthen compliance, build effective teams, partner with stakeholders, and improve employee experience through change and transformation.

At DXC Technology, I lead global employment screening operations, partnering with country HR teams and vendors to harmonize compliant processes across regions. I also led consolidation of employee documentation for Global HR Operations and drive service delivery, audits, performance measures, and team effectiveness.
