What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead global HR operations, governance, risk and employee lifecycle work where I can build scalable, audit-ready processes, strengthen engagement and partner with cross-functional leaders.

At Standard Chartered GBS, I scaled the Stress Testing team from 35 to 140, reduced attrition by 15%, and built governance, engagement and people-development programmes across India, Singapore, Hong Kong, the UK and EMEA.

I independently completed a 140-question Third Party Risk Management review with full cross-regional approvals, interpreted country-specific HR policies to close compliance gaps, and created ServiceNow HRSD knowledge content that passed copywriter review without rework. I also led workforce planning, onboarding readiness, employee research, benefits support and new-joiner training coordination.

Earlier, I delivered end-to-end HR consulting projects across six industries and built performance, compensation, rewards and compliance systems. My LLB strengthens the process detail, labour-law awareness and audit-ready approach I bring to every HR operation.
