At Pattern, I lead end-to-end marketplace operations for global partner brands across Amazon, Noon, and seven European marketplaces, including Zalando, OTTO, MediaMarkt, Bol, Allegro, Tesco, and eBay.

I translate marketplace requirements into documented business rules and scalable onboarding workflows, including AI-assisted masterfile automation. I own product onboarding, catalog management, and compliance workstreams from intake through launch readiness.

Previously, I built automations with Google Apps Script, Google Sheets, Zapier, and n8n that eliminated 15+ hours of manual work each week. I also helped shape listing-workflow tooling with Product and Engineering teams and supported a 15-member Amazon Seller Central operations team.

I enjoy breaking down complex processes, finding opportunities to standardize them, and turning them into technology-enabled solutions. I'm growing toward the strategic side of e-commerce, where marketplace expertise, business analysis, and technology improve customer experience and business outcomes.
