I’m looking for a Human Resources role where I can drive Hire-to-Retire operations, strengthen candidate experience, and use HR analytics/automation to improve TAT, onboarding speed, and workforce planning—while partnering closely with hiring managers and leadership.

I’m an HR professional with around 4 years of experience driving end-to-end recruitment, HR lifecycle management (Hire to Retire), and HR technology optimization in fast-paced environments. I partner with business leaders to close critical hiring needs, improve hiring turnaround time, and deliver data-driven HR insights for workforce planning and growth.

As a Senior Executive in Human Resources, I manage the employee lifecycle from Hire-to-Retire—supporting onboarding, employee experience, and exit processes. I’ve improved hiring turnaround time by 20% through structured follow-ups and reduced onboarding processing time by 30% by designing and executing onboarding automation initiatives.

I maintain monthly HR reporting dashboards covering hiring progress, onboarding status, attrition trends, and workforce movement, enabling leadership decisions with real visibility. I also ensure 100% Day 1 readiness for new hires (system access, documentation), and I run onboarding orientation sessions and policy briefings to strengthen candidate and employee experience.

Earlier, I worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist executing end-to-end recruiting strategies—sourcing from job portals (Naukri.com, Dice, Monster), screening candidates, coordinating interview schedules, and managing offer/joining negotiations. I also bring strong HR-operations exposure from my trainee experience as a SPOC for onboarding-related queries, along with continuous upskilling through SHRM/HRCI and Six Sigma certification.
