What I'm looking for

I’m seeking roles in international development, gender policy, and institutional learning & development—where I can design inclusive, gender-responsive training, strengthen M&E and capacity systems, and translate labor rights and SDG goals into measurable outcomes.

I’m a Ph.D.-level social work professional and Aspire Fellow with 7+ years of progressive experience in training design and delivery, gender-responsive programming, labor rights, and policy research. I specialize in building inclusive learning systems that connect SDG goals with community and institutional outcomes.

In my current role as Chief Operating Officer, I spearhead HR operations, labor compliance, and workforce welfare, while designing and delivering gender-sensitive training on workplace safety, labor rights, and rights-based practices. I build institutional capacity through structured L&D frameworks, documentation systems, and compliance monitoring, and I coordinate cross-functional teams to align people practices with organizational goals.

Earlier, as a Training & Relationship Manager, I designed and facilitated 50+ training sessions covering labor rights, occupational safety, and skill development, ensuring compliance-oriented learning aligned with national labor legislation and social protection standards. I also led community-based programmes on women’s empowerment, livelihood, and employment generation, including field training and beneficiary engagement.

I’ve supported high-impact policy and institutional learning through select teaching and consultancy roles, including training module support for IAS probationers and a gender-focused KGBV training project centered on women’s education and policy implementation. I bring strong M&E, policy analysis, curriculum development, and facilitation skills, and I’ve been invited to speak and publish research at national and international forums—I’m now seeking roles in international development, gender policy, and institutional L&D.
