I'm building specialization in HR Operations, Learning Operations, Employee Development, and AI-enabled HR practices.

I work at the intersection of people, programs, processes and development.

I bring 6+ years of professional experience across aviation, nonprofit organizations and organizational operations, with experience in program coordination, team leadership, stakeholder management, training, recruitment and onboarding support, documentation, reporting, process improvement and organizational operations.

As a nonprofit co-founder and operations/program professional, I have been involved in building systems from the ground up, coordinating teams, developing SOPs, supporting governance and compliance, managing program activities, and working with diverse stakeholders to move initiatives from planning to execution.

My experience also includes coordinating 40+ workshops, supervising multidisciplinary teams, supporting recruitment and onboarding, mentoring On-the-Job Trainees, preparing proposals and reports, and contributing to community initiatives that reached 12,000+ families.

Alongside my professional experience, I have conducted 100+ one-on-one guidance and mentoring conversations, supporting individuals through personal and professional challenges. These experiences have strengthened my ability to listen actively, understand different perspectives, ask meaningful questions, identify practical solutions, and help people move toward clearer decisions and goals.

Over time, these experiences have shaped two closely connected areas of professional interest: Humanitarian & Development Programs and People & Organizational Development.
