At Thermo Fisher Scientific, I lead Service Delivery strategy, governance, and operating-model design for a global environment supporting approximately 100,000 users across the US and EMEA, with APAC expansion underway.

I've redesigned Voice of Customer governance across six business units, designed a Service Portfolio Management operating model for senior leadership, and am leading a standardized M&A operational-readiness framework. I also partner with Finance and Vendor Management on chargebacks, Capex/Opex classification, budget variance, and contract true-ups.

Previously, I managed ServiceNow Request Management, Service Catalog, Service Portal, CMDB, and Discovery initiatives. I automated demand and testing follow-up activities worth an estimated $50K–$60K annually and enabled approximately 200,000 additional Windows devices in the ServiceNow CMDB through the Axonius integration.

At Accenture, I led major incident, change, CAB, SLA, root-cause, and knowledge-management work. I redesigned change lead-time expectations for cloud and DevOps releases across shared services supporting approximately 30 clients, creating an approach adopted as a global reference point.
