I’m looking for a Support Engineer role where I can own incident management end-to-end, monitor systems proactively, meet SLAs consistently, and collaborate with teams during P1/P2 events—while using tools like SysAid and SolarWinds to reduce downtime.

I’m a results-driven Support Engineer with 3 years of experience at HCL Technologies, focused on IT operations, incident management, and monitoring. I’m hands-on with keeping systems stable and responding quickly to customer needs.

In my current role, I resolve 40-60+ incidents daily within SLA to maintain high customer satisfaction. I monitor critical alerts using SolarWinds to reduce system downtime, and I create and manage incident tickets in SysAid based on severity.

I collaborate across teams to drive resolution for high-priority issues and participate in bridge calls for P1/P2 incidents. I’m comfortable coordinating under pressure while keeping communication and escalation timelines on track.

I bring practical technical strength with SysAid and SolarWinds, along with working knowledge of SQL and Python to support troubleshooting and reporting needs. I’m also energized by continuous learning and improvement, built on my Computer Science Engineering background.
