I am a friendly and outgoing customer service officer, auditor, and reporter. I’m currently looking to progress my career in a more challenging role where I can apply my communication strengths and keep work organized and accurate.

I have the excellent ability to supervise, manage, and motivate other team members. My communication skills have enabled me to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and external suppliers, while delivering unmatched customer services.

In my experience, I have supported operations through auditing company reporting and invoices, managing different sheets, and handling data encoder responsibilities. I also managed the company emails and assisted with uploading CVs and different files on different software’s.

I bring hands-on experience working in customer service, administration, and reporting, and I’m comfortable managing day-to-day documentation and communication. I also support communication through social media platforms like face book, Instagram and twitter of Safaricom Ethiopia.
