Led end-to-end UX/UI design for a new B2B product built on a large design system, balancing user needs and technical feasibility. Translated business goals and user research into system behaviors and reusable UI components, and led a team of 3 designers.

Founding product designer who took an audio-first meeting app from zero to shipped iOS and Android product, including user research, flows, wireframes, and usability testing. Built the design system from scratch and led the pivot to Upcraft with a second complete brand and design system.
