What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead end-to-end software delivery, align business and technical teams, and improve planning, reporting and delivery processes across complex international initiatives.

I've led end-to-end software delivery for international eCommerce and data engineering teams, translating business requirements into clear engineering priorities, plans and releases.

At Swanky, I delivered 2–4 concurrent eCommerce client projects from discovery through launch and improved reporting workflows for clearer visibility of progress, risks and next steps. At Overdose Digital, I built a 30+ person delivery department while managing 2–6 live international client projects.

I've also coordinated a BI platform at Plarium and drove Recommend Pro, a data-driven personalisation product, from concept through release. I bring hands-on ownership of scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, stakeholder communication and Agile delivery.
