What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead end-to-end software delivery, align business and technical teams, and improve planning, reporting and delivery processes across complex international initiatives.

I’m a Project and Delivery Manager with 10+ years of experience leading software projects and cross-functional teams across international, client-facing environments.

My background is primarily in digital products, eCommerce, data, and software delivery. I’ve managed projects from early requirements and planning through development, release and post-launch support, while owning timelines, scope, risks, dependencies and stakeholder communication. I’ve also led Project Managers, built delivery processes from scratch and helped scale a delivery department to 30+ people.

I’m strongest in roles where I can bring structure to complex work without adding unnecessary bureaucracy. I enjoy working with experienced technical teams, translating business needs into clear priorities, improving delivery processes and keeping stakeholders aligned when priorities or requirements change.

My experience includes agency, product and enterprise environments, working with distributed teams across different countries and time zones. I’m comfortable with Agile delivery, backlog and requirements management, client communication, project reporting, risk management and cross-functional coordination.

I’m currently based in Ljubljana and open to remote opportunities across Europe and EMEA. I’m mainly interested in Senior Project Manager, Delivery Manager, Program Manager, Implementation Manager and similar roles where I can combine hands-on delivery ownership with team and stakeholder leadership.
