My role involves establishing integration team agreements and facilitating regular meetings to refine our product backlog, which has significantly improved our project outcomes.

Previously, I served as a Scrum Master and Team Manager at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where I managed cross-functional teams and applied SAFe principles to enhance team performance.
