I’m looking for roles where Product, Engineering, Operations, and customers meet—turning complexity into clear launch readiness, UAT/adoption workflows, and scalable support processes, using AI-assisted delivery to keep products usable and improving after go-live.

I bring structure to messy product initiatives by translating complex business and regulatory needs into configured enterprise software and practical rollout plans. From requirements through go-live and long-term adoption, I connect the right teams and build the “how” that makes products launch, get used, and keep improving.

In Product Operations at a global digital connectivity company, I coordinate operational readiness for new products and major changes across Product, Engineering, UX, QA, Data, Growth, Legal, and customer-facing teams. I plan pilots and UAT, identify risks early, translate technical requirements into testing flows, documentation, ownership, and support processes, and use customer feedback and operational data to shape product discussions.

I’ve also built internal enablement and repeatable workflows for scale—creating knowledge structures for a global operation of 500+ agents. Earlier, I led enterprise implementations (including requirements, backlogs, QA, data migrations, API integrations, and multi-stakeholder releases) and supported customers post-launch with guidance and process optimization.
