What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a remote customer support role where I can use clear communication, empathy, accurate documentation, problem solving, follow-up, and issue escalation to support customers effectively.

At Rivers State University Teaching Hospital, I communicate clearly with patients, caregivers, colleagues, and specialists in the Dialysis Unit. I explain treatment, diet, medication, and home practices while responding to concerns with empathy and professionalism.

Previously at National Hospital Abuja, I worked across ICU, NICU, SCBU, burns, and surgical wards, where calm communication, rapid prioritization, accurate records, and timely escalation were essential.

As a Class Representative at Elizade University, I represented more than 50 nursing students and coordinated communication between students and faculty. I introduced a Google Sheets academic tracking system that reduced missed submissions by 25%.
