I’m a Roadside Mechanic with just over ten years working in the automotive industry, and I bring strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills to every job. I take pride in being reliable, adaptable, and approachable, especially when conditions are challenging.

At The AA, I attend roadside breakdowns to diagnose, repair, and resolve a wide range of vehicle faults, often working under time pressure. I focus on staying calm, making decisions under pressure, and providing clear communication and reassurance to customers so they feel confident in the outcome.

Before that, I worked as a Vehicle Technician at Jaguar Land Rover and GC Motors, carrying out servicing, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on Jaguar and Land Rover vehicles and high-end used vehicles. I ensured all work met manufacturer standards and safety requirements prior to sale or customer handover.

I also built a solid maintenance foundation as a Plant Mechanic at Skipton Hire Centre, responsible for inspecting, servicing, maintaining, and repairing plant and hire equipment. Alongside my practical, hands-on approach—including specialist equipment diagnostics and strict health & safety compliance—I’m now looking for a new opportunity where I can keep growing, learn new systems, and deliver practical solutions.
