I’m looking for a role where HR or talent work is driven by data accuracy and practical execution. I want to partner with teams on assessment and talent planning, use analysis and visualization to support decisions, and grow in a fair, process-focused culture.

I hold a master’s degree in news studies from Sichuan University and built a strong track record of top academic performance, research awards, and scholarships. I’m known for system thinking and getting results through careful planning, disciplined follow-through, and data-backed decisions.

In my HR role at Semiconductor Manufacturing International Corporation , I handle full Lifecycle Management of Cadre Files，responsible for the monthly maintenance and data cleansing of all company cadres’ files, establishing a dynamic update mechanism to ensure the accuracy and completeness of key information such as cadre appointments, assessments, rewards, and punishments.
