I am a bilingual sales professional with experience generating leads, conducting outreach, and closing deals in both remote and in-person environments. At eHealth I performed cold and warm calls, delivered virtual demos via Zoom, prepared proposals and contracts, and used CRM tools to manage pipelines.

Prior to that, I managed daily operations at a busy retail restaurant where I led opening and closing procedures, inventory purchasing, vendor communications, and financial reconciliations using Microsoft Excel. I also have hands-on POS experience with Clover and Treatware and provide forward-facing bilingual customer service in English and Spanish.
