I am an IT Support Specialist with two years of experience supporting end users and managing core systems such as Active Directory, Intune and Azure. I am actively training in PowerShell automation and managing both mobile and Windows devices in Intune.

At 3Shape Poland I provided technical support, resolved hardware and software issues, and worked within a cross-functional support team to keep IT systems running smoothly. I was responsible for a fleet of over 200 printers, handling both technical and financial aspects, and maintained supplier relationships.

My hands-on tasks included automating recurring tasks, enrolling devices with SCCM and Intune, managing users and groups in AD and AAD, updating and testing systems through IIS, and monitoring critical services with Site24x7. I also troubleshoot Microsoft Defender incidents and maintain documentation and ticketing in Jira and Confluence.

I hold a technical secondary education in IT (ZSEE/TME) and several platform certifications and courses, including Azure and PowerShell fundamentals, MD-102, and TP-Link Omada SDN coursework. I am seeking a role where I can continue learning, apply automation skills, and contribute to reliable, efficient IT operations.
