What I'm looking for

I’m seeking an entry-level IT/Desktop Support role with hands-on troubleshooting, friendly team culture, certification growth, and a path toward cybersecurity.

I am an IT Management graduate with hands-on experience in technical and customer support, focusing on Windows environments and Office 365. I graduated with a BSc in IT Management in March 2025 and am completing CompTIA A+ coursework.

My practical experience includes Level 1 technical support for POS systems, handheld scanners, and stock software, as well as operating scanning and tracking systems in logistics environments. I have solid troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and basic networking.

I am comfortable with Active Directory user and group management, remote desktop tools like TeamViewer and AnyDesk, and support platforms such as Zendesk and Spiceworks. I work well under pressure and have strengthened my communication skills through customer-facing roles.

I am seeking an entry-level IT Support or Desktop Support position where I can apply problem-solving abilities, continue certifying with CompTIA A+, and progress toward a career in cybersecurity.
