I'm looking to help founder-led businesses improve engagement, qualify opportunities, and drive sustainable growth through customer insight, structured processes, content, and relationship building.

I've generated and qualified leads for JRW Fitness through targeted research, digital outreach, and consistent prospect follow-up. I use CRM and digital tools to track engagement, organise lead information, and support conversion.
