I’m looking for a Business or Systems Analyst role where I can use SQL, APIs, and requirements gathering to improve workflows, resolve complex operational issues, and partner with stakeholders to drive measurable efficiency and better customer outcomes.

I’m a Business and Systems Analyst with Systems Analyst experience supporting enterprise healthcare systems and over seven years of insurance operations experience. I focus on turning customer and policy needs into actionable solutions using system data and clear, testable requirements.

Across my roles, I’ve led requirements gathering, workflow and process analysis, and stakeholder collaboration to improve operational efficiency and visibility. I also support application troubleshooting and UAT, documenting workflows, case activity, and resolutions to ensure consistent outcomes.

Recently, I built the Policy Risk Insights API using FastAPI and Python to calculate insurance policy risk scores, including business-rule logic for risk levels and retention recommendations. My professional ethos is simple: leverage technology and data to strengthen business performance, operational accuracy, and process improvement.
