At UNHCR, I coordinate correspondence and follow-up with diplomatic missions, government counterparts, suppliers, and colleagues. I consolidate and verify inputs from multiple offices for briefings and communications, and follow up on supplier deliverables and corrections.
As Registration and Identity Management and Operational Data Management Associate, I served as a focal point for proGres v4, RApp, and BIMS, providing system and procedural guidance to colleagues and partners. I maintained registration and identity records and supported the 2023 verification exercise.
Earlier at UNHCR, I reviewed and documented protection cases, supported registration workflows during an emergency deployment in Poland, and provided ICT assistance in Maiduguri. My work has also included registration records, documentation, and stakeholder coordination at the National Commission for Refugees, Migrants and Internally Displaced Persons.
