Currently Managing Director at Apartwell, a real estate agency in Pattaya, Thailand, where I run both sales operations and the company’s tech/automation stack. Self-taught developer: built and run a production AI sales agent (“Sasha”) on Node.js, PostgreSQL and Claude API that handles lead qualification and client communication on WhatsApp/Telegram/website 24/7. Fluent in Russian (native) and English (C1/C2). Looking for a remote Sales / Business Development role where I can combine direct sales with automation and AI tooling.
