What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead healthcare operations and population health work—especially Medicaid program execution, grant portfolio strategy, and compliance—while building CQI dashboards and high-performing cross-functional teams.

I lead the Community Asthma Program at the Baltimore City Health Department, managing a $1.2M annual Medicaid/state budget while maintaining a 100% compliance record with Maryland Department of Health regulations. I coordinate care and community services for 480+ high-risk residents each year, and I build performance architecture through CQI initiatives and executive performance dashboards.

Earlier, I managed $4M in federal grant allocations and partner workflows as a Health Program Administrator/Operational Lead under OMH, improving fiscal controls, outreach, and program performance. I also led a COVID-19 Adolescent Compliance initiative focused on vaccine confidence and preventive care metrics, and I direct global NGO operations and fundraising for Compassion for Peace and Child Survival supporting 150+ families in West Africa.
