I’m looking to lead healthcare operations and behavioral health programs—building scalable, compliant systems with cross-functional partners to reduce barriers to care and improve outcomes for vulnerable populations.

I’m a dual-credentialed healthcare operations leader and clinical social worker (LCSW-C, BCD) with 8+ years of experience improving care delivery and designing scalable programs. As a Public Health Analyst (Healthcare Program Manager) at SAMHSA/HHS, I served as primary relationship owner for a $122.4M national opioid treatment initiative supporting 14,700+ patients—leading onboarding, performance monitoring, escalation management, and strategic guidance across the program lifecycle.

I build systems that strengthen outcomes and reduce barriers to care: I designed a performance monitoring dashboard for senior leadership, organized a 200+ participant national learning community, and launched the organization’s first agency-wide naloxone training to expand emergency opioid response capacity. I also conducted compliance reviews (fraud, waste, and abuse detection) that supported a grantee’s voluntary award relinquishment and approximately $395,000 in FY26 budget savings, and I implemented AI-enabled workflows to improve compliance review efficiency and consistency.
