I am a seasoned health administrator with experience leading public service and non-profit health programs domestically and internationally. I combine policy knowledge with hands-on program delivery to improve outcomes for vulnerable populations.

I have coordinated level-4 treatment programs for youth, served as a Health & Nutrition Specialist in Head Start, and acted as Assistant Director for Health & Social Services, overseeing case management, reentry planning, and therapeutic program operations.

I implemented state and federal health and safety guidelines, led preventive health services including immunizations and health assessments, earned national trainer certifications, managed health policy review, and coordinated community health partnerships and donor-funded activities.

I bring strengths in staff supervision, database management, crisis intervention, training development, and donor oversight, and I lead with a practical, compliance-focused approach to expand access and improve child and community health.
