What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a technical support, systems, or software role where I can troubleshoot complex issues, automate practical workflows, support non-technical users, and take ownership of root-cause resolution.

I've delivered Tier 1–3 software and database support for Alamo Software / Lee Myles Transmissions, upgrading InfoWin from Delphi 3 to Delphi 7 and resolving persistent database corruption issues. I also initiated a JavaScript/HTML front-end migration and created documentation that reduced repeat support volume.

More recently, I maintained a Linux home server, built Bash, C/C++, and Python automation tools, and contributed protocol bridges and serial-port routing to the tcpser open-source telecommunications utility. At Baymont by Wyndham, I handled PMS audits while serving as the primary on-site troubleshooter for front-desk IT, keycard encoders, and guest Wi-Fi issues.

Across airline operations, mobile technical support, healthcare security, and caregiving, I've stayed calm during escalations, translated complex systems for non-technical people, and pursued root causes until issues are resolved.
