At Cloudera, I split a Django monolith into FastAPI services for ingest, catalog, quality, and scoring. I also built the scoring API so training and serving use the same feature functions, with a fallback that keeps the product UI available when the scorer is down.

I shipped a RAG service over runbooks, mappings, and tickets, using hybrid retrieval, citations, and tenant-scoped indexes. At Closeloop Technologies, I built RAG over PDFs, Confluence, tickets, and runbooks, and shipped ticket-routing and document-classification systems.

Earlier, at SilverTech, I split a Django payments and account monolith into services and brought the Account API's p95 down from about 1.1 seconds to about 350 ms. I build backend systems in Python and Go, and have also worked across Node/TypeScript and React.
