At Cruise Lookout, I co-founded the company and, as Chief Operating Officer, helped scale it past $50M in annual revenue without outside capital before its 2026 acquisition. I designed and built its AI-driven CRM using Claude, ChatGPT, and Google Gemini, with more than 27 agents automating 90% of the workload for sales advisors and back-office staff.
