William Gyamfi

I'm a procurement and project management professional with over 3 years' experience supporting commercial and delivery activities across major public sector infrastructure and regeneration programmes in the UK.

I've supported around 10 procurement exercises — leading 4 major tenders with a combined value of £30-50 million — working within NEC4 contract environments from RFQ through to contract award and mobilisation. I currently help coordinate a 10-project capital investment portfolio, working closely with legal, finance, contractors and senior stakeholders to keep delivery on track, on budget, and within scope.

My background blends commercial rigour (procurement, contract administration, supplier management) with strong programme coordination and stakeholder communication — skills that translate well to remote, cross-functional environments where clear documentation and proactive communication matter most.

I hold an MSc in Project Management (Distinction) and a BSc in Psychology (First Class Honours), and knowledgeable in NEC4 ECC/PSC contract management and administration.
