As a seasoned professional with a strong background in PMO activities, I have honed my skills in supporting project delivery processes from initiation to closure. My expertise includes Service Delivery Framework support, Project governance, Portfolio oversight and reporting, RAID administration, budget and contract administration, resource allocation, time sheet administration, and lessons learned capture.

In my current role as Portfolio Manager at CURRYS Ltd, I have successfully managed a portfolio of over 30 active projects, provided inputs to the monthly ExCo Report, and liaised with Heads of Delivery, Programme Managers, Procurement, and Deputy General Counsel. I have also demonstrated my ability to drive continuous improvement, meeting PMO efficiency targets.

With a strong foundation in sales management and experience in operating at full store level, I possess excellent people management skills, having coached team members to deliver effectively and independently. I am a skilled salesperson who can drive sales targets and have gained experience in central operations across HR, IT, Finance, and Security Operations.
