What I'm looking for

I’m seeking an opportunity to lead impactful projects, help teams deliver real value to customers, and apply structured delivery in either established or fast-paced environments.

I’ve delivered technology and game projects across QinetiQ, Payload Studios, and Actioncy Tech, from defence trials and integrations to the relaunch of Competitive Fortnite.com.

At QinetiQ, I managed £1M–£5M defence technology portfolios and international projects involving more than 120 personnel. I also led proposal management for bids up to £2M, coordinated engineering, finance, legal, and executive teams, and supported CMMI Level 3 delivery improvements.

I’m comfortable bringing structure to fast-moving delivery through Agile ceremonies, schedules, risk management, stakeholder reporting, vendor coordination, and motivated cross-functional teams.
