What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead delivery with Kanban, drive KPI-based performance dashboards (Power BI/Excel), and improve procurement and logistics operations with continuous improvement and strategic data analysis—ideally in hybrid or remote environments.

I’m a Project Management Specialist currently at PUC-RIO, where I manage multi-sector academic projects and budgets of $7.5M+ (R$ 40M+). I implement Kanban as the primary agile management methodology, build KPI frameworks (including rework and on-time delivery metrics), and translate execution performance into dashboards that support remote work and operational accountability.

Previously, I worked in Supply Chain at INNIO Jenbacher, improving demand planning, inventory control, and procurement using Oracle ERP, Lean, and Six Sigma—cutting waste and emergency expenses by ~15% and reducing logistics costs through an air-to-ocean freight transition (~20%). I also strengthened financial operations and contract management at IBM by reducing delinquency, backlog, and processing errors while ensuring SOX compliance, and I bring an academic research background in Marketing/CRM and Strategy/Innovation to every initiative.
