Built consolidated executive views of actuals vs budget across multiple distribution centers (finished goods, raw materials, and non-productive inventories), enabling real-time leadership decisions. Automated Python/VBA reporting pipelines and coordinated S&OP-integrated excess inventory cut actions to mitigate financial risk and improve board-level reporting reliability.

Orchestrated the S&OP cycle across 7 LATAM countries, coordinating demand review, capacity validation, and sign-off with Supply Chain, Commercial, and C-level stakeholders. Monitored KPIs (forecast accuracy, inventory coverage, stockout rates) and built Power BI performance dashboards (lead time variation, sales and production accuracy), earning a Lean Win Belt certification.

Developed planning KPIs and automated reporting using Power BI and SQL. Led Slow & Non-Mover indicator governance by mapping discrepancies, identifying obsolescence risks, and proposing mitigation scenarios for regional leadership.

Monitored performance of 8 production lines to ensure delivery of SQCDM KPIs, providing structured executive reporting to senior leadership. Led the vertical startup of a new production line with new equipment and SKUs, earning a Best New Product Development award in Latin America, and planned seasonal headcount for the Easter campaign (500+ employees).

Managed medium- to long-term finished goods requirements planning for up to 9 production lines. Implemented RCCP across all Chocolate category lines and applied Lean methodologies (PDCA, RFS, Kanban) to improve production planning and execution.

Enrolled in a Data Training Program (extension) with Grupo Boticário in 2026.
