At J.P. Morgan, I standardized developer portal content for the Digital Experience Design division, restructuring topics and applying writing and branding standards. I also created a country-by-country reference guide to cross-border payment rules and regulations.
With J.P. Morgan’s Content Development and Engineering teams, I reviewed developer portal content and supported a migration from Confluence to a published Engineers Channel. I created Markdown pages, published them via Git, and managed the workflow through Jira.
I created API documentation in Adobe Experience Manager, including content fragment models for non-OAS narrative content. The documentation used structured prerequisites and procedures, along with screen captures, code samples, and endpoint references.
At Rimes Technologies, I developed and maintained client-facing documentation for financial data feed applications. I also created an HTML5 help system with customized CSS and XML structures, and assisted developers with API reference guides using Swagger.
