At LivaNova, I lead design for the patient-facing VNS Therapy App and helped shape our multi-brand Design System and accessibility standards. I work across product strategy, UX, design systems and UX writing, staying close to the craft while helping teams turn complexity into products they can understand, build and scale.
At Epsy Health, I worked on the Insights experience, increasing 12-week retention from 58% to 67% on iOS and from 70% to 83% on Android. Before that, at JustGiving, I led work across crowdfunding and the donation experience, helping build products used by millions of people raising money for causes they care about.
I enjoy being the designer people bring difficult problems to. I lead workshops, coach designers and bring product, engineering and design together around a clearer direction, while remaining hands-on. I use AI across research synthesis, prototyping, UX writing, accessibility, ideation, design systems and testing to spend less time on lower-value work and more time making thoughtful design decisions.
