I’m an OP & VRI interpreter and bilingual educator, helping ensure effective, empathetic communication between patients and healthcare professionals through precise interpretation. As a self-employed Intérprete médico at Lingotec Inc., I work with open-schedule interpretation, supporting multicultural understanding in every interaction.

Before interpreting, I built a strong service and problem-solving foundation through customer support and sales. At Thryv, as a Senior Advocate, I leveraged excellent communication, attention to detail, active listening, and Zendesk to resolve incidents and support contact-center operations; at National Debt Relief, LLC, I contributed to team management, training and development, performance evaluation, and problem-solving—strengthening how I evaluate, troubleshoot, and deliver solutions in dynamic environments. I also teach English part-time at Instituto Politécnico Loyola, bringing a teaching approach grounded in my Licenciatura en Lenguas y Literatura Extranjeras from UTESA, where I refined linguistic and cultural competencies.
