I'm currently Country Manager, Global Recruitment at Raffles University, building relationships with universities across Indonesia and generating qualified student leads through education fairs, career expos, and school visits.

I guide prospective students toward suitable academic programs, lead outreach workshops and webinars, and train and supervise a Global Recruitment Executive. I also contribute ideas for local social media and promotional campaigns.

Previously, I developed high-school partnerships and recruitment initiatives at Raffles University, Raffles College of Higher Education, and International University Liaison Indonesia. My work has included school presentations, counseling, digital inquiry management, conversion follow-up, marketing campaigns, and events that strengthen university visibility.

Earlier in my career, I built client relationships and drove business development in architecture, asset management, and banking with Rupakara, Panin Asset Management, ANZ Bank Indonesia, and Citibank. I bring more than 10 years of experience connecting people, partnerships, and growth across education and financial services.
