What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a leadership role where I can run grant-funded health workforce programs, strengthen partnerships, ensure compliance and measurable outcomes, and build inclusive teams that create sustainable community impact.

I’m a Director of AHEC Operations at Health WorkForce New York, leading operational, programmatic, and strategic initiatives across multiple regions of New York State. I oversee staff, manage state and federally funded grants, and coordinate partnerships across healthcare organizations, academic institutions, government agencies, and community stakeholders.

Throughout my career, I’ve built expertise in grant writing and management, program development, community engagement, strategic planning, and organizational operations. I’ve successfully secured and managed multiple federal and state grants—ensuring compliance, accurate reporting, and achievement of performance outcomes—while strengthening cross-regional and cross-sector collaborations.

I’m especially proud of the systems and processes I’ve developed to improve program tracking, data collection, and impact measurement. My leadership is collaborative and relationship-driven, focused on fostering inclusive teams, streamlining communication, and advancing initiatives that create meaningful community impact in underserved and high-need areas.
