What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead healthcare operations, accreditation, compliance, staffing, or nonprofit governance work where I can strengthen systems, maintain regulatory readiness, and improve clinical and community-impact programs.

I lead operations and regulatory compliance at Advanced Health Education Center / MedRelief Staffing, where I've renewed ACCME and Joint Commission certifications for more than 10 consecutive years with 100% compliance.

I direct audits, Federal Supply Schedule compliance, WOSB certification maintenance, staffing operations, credentialing, financial planning, and Moodle-based continuing medical education initiatives. My clinical LVN background and MBA in Human Resources help me connect operational efficiency with clinical quality.

I'm also building nonprofit infrastructure through board leadership, including fellowship design, 501(c)(3) governance, bylaws, scholarship administration, websites, and community-facing operational systems.
