What I'm looking for

I am looking for a remote job that will assist me to have an impact in the society and help people in one way or the other. A flexible schedule that will allow a work life balance for me. An opportunity for growth and responsibility so I can reach my full potential while being an asset.

I have worked in a client facing environment for the past 10 months. Before this I was working as a Call Center Agent and so I have experience working in a client facing environment and through online means of communication. I have acquired the skills of time management, build and extend trust with external and internal clients. I am a goal driven and self motivated individual willing to learn and develop in any given role. I am currently studying for a higher certificate in Accounting Sciences at the University of South Africa.

I joined Capitec Bank in 2023 as a dive into a customer facing environment. I wanted to grow within the business and eventually be in the finance department. I also wanted to be challenged with a new role and different dynamic as I was in a call center before this. I have learnt more in the past 11 months with the company and I have grown exceedingly in my understanding of client experience.

I joined Clover in 2022 on a learnership for call center experience. I was responsible for capturing client orders telephonically and via emails. Each day I had a specific number of outbound calls I had to make and also captured orders received via email and inbound call. I was also responsible for resolving client complaints and escalating when necessary to the relevant department.
