At Donkerhoek Data, I led 100+ Payroll Africa implementations, guiding clients from requirements and data migration through go-live and handover. I brought 125 clients on board, with about 93% annual retention.
I configured payroll systems with the people who used them, delivered 350+ training sessions and implemented 790+ time and attendance devices. I also set up cross-border payroll for clients in five countries.
At Jewel Bank, I support the COO with programme planning and board and regulatory reporting through the bank’s regulatory process. At Y Partners, I run internal operations, turning the managing partners’ strategy into the firm’s CRM, reporting and processes.
I founded Netjies Leather Co. and built it across manufacturing and e-commerce before selling it profitably. I designed its products and production process, then transferred the skills to the new owners and their team.
