Over 20+ years, I’ve consistently delivered on scope, budget, and schedule while building team capability from developer to IT Manager to Senior PM.

I’m known for building documentation for PMOs, rescuing at-risk programs, and turning operational data into executive-level decisions. Highlights include surfacing 70% of previously undetected revenue losses via BI dashboards at Kraft Heinz and improving operational efficiency by 30% through a PMO rebuild at Concentrix.
