I’m a business development and sales leader with over six years of experience across telecoms, internet services, structured lending and venture capital. I started in B2B sales at SAST Limited in 2020, where I grew my accounts and exceeded targets. I then moved into direct sales at MTN Uganda, generating leads through cold calling and door-to-door campaigns, and was promoted to team leader within a year. At FAIBANET Uganda I progressed from Territory Sales Supervisor to SME Sales Supervisor, directing the daily operations of my sales teams, coaching team members and consistently meeting and exceeding targets.
Today I’m a co-founder of Blueim Capital, where I originate deals, pitch to investors and manage the CRM and pipeline reporting. We have raised 45% of our target capital and onboarded 51% of our target client and borrower portfolio. I also founded a networking and security installation business, where I lead 10 sales reps and 3 installers toward a 26% revenue-growth target and own the process from client acquisition to delivery.
My BA in Social Sciences, with a concentration in psychology, shapes how I work. I’m interested in what motivates people, how clients make decisions and how to build teams that perform. That is why I enjoy coaching, setting clear goals and turning data and customer insight into better sales strategy. Outside work, I’m drawn to finance, entrepreneurship and technology, and I enjoy building businesses from the ground up.
