I am a recent Bachelor of Arts (Social Sciences) graduate in psychology and public administration from the University of Botswana, driven to apply academic knowledge to real-world human resources and people-focused work. I completed an HR internship at the High Court of Botswana where I supported recruitment screening, employee performance appraisal processes, payroll record-keeping, leave documentation, and recognition communications that contributed to promotion considerations.

I bring practical customer-facing experience from retail roles that strengthened my attention to detail, teamwork, and critical thinking in fast-paced environments. I have training in business management, competency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, basic data analysis using SPSS, and experience in report writing and campus volunteer leadership.
