I’m looking for a role where I can continue building my skills in HR, particularly in recruitment and people operations, while contributing to structured and efficient processes.

I am an early-career HR professional with over a year of hands-on experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, and people operations across international teams. Through multiple HR internships, I have developed practical experience in candidate sourcing, pipeline management, interview coordination, and maintaining structured hiring processes.

I enjoy working at the intersection of people and process — ensuring that operations run smoothly while creating a positive and professional experience for candidates and employees. I am particularly drawn to roles that require organization, attention to detail, and strong communication, especially in remote and fast-paced environments.

Throughout my experience, I have worked with tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Microsoft Office, and collaborative platforms like Notion and Trello to manage workflows and support team coordination. I take pride in being reliable, proactive, and adaptable, with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

I am currently seeking opportunities as an HR Assistant, HR Coordinator, or Junior HR Generalist, where I can continue to grow and contribute meaningfully to HR operations within a global or distributed team.
