I am an IT infrastructure and project delivery leader with nine years' experience managing IoT-based surveillance, exam infrastructure, and field deployment projects across public and enterprise environments.

I have led district-level exam infrastructure programs and BELTRON surveillance deployments across 13+ districts. I oversaw teams of 15–20 engineers, vendor-managed rollouts, SLA-bound AMC cycles, and real-time control-room dashboards to ensure uptime and compliance.
